Dan Murphy and Liz Maybury made the experience BEYOND great! As a first time home buyer, I was so lost about what needed to be done. From the very beginning I knew that Dan and Liz had my best interests in mind. They took the time to answer ALL of my questions, even the silly ones. They are kind, professional, and were extremely responsive throughout the entire process. They are personable, patient, and overall FANTASTIC to work with. I am so pleased with how smoothly everything went and much credit to that is due to Dan and Liz. I am so glad they they were apart of my team and I would without any hesitation refer my friends and family to them.

Communication was great! Most importantly that the client was pre-approved and I used that information and the fact that it was approved with Annie Mac to win the sale over others. Not to mention that my client that the pre-approval proved itself when we closed. I only feel secure on closings when they approved by Annie-Mac
